Good Morning All,
Our hospital is demoing a xylene recycler for the next few weeks. Of
course, this was done without the lab's knowledge, but that is another
story for another time. My question is how pure is the recycled xylene?
Are you able to use the xylene on the processor as if it were new? I
assume that you can use it for staining purposes, but I'm a bit wary
about using it for processing tissue. The recycler that is here now is
from B/R instruments and apparently another one from CBG Biotech will be
here at the end of the month.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks........
