We use Myosin Slow & Myosin Fast from Novocastra which work best on frozen
sections. Some degree of staining on FFPE after microwaving in citrate pH6
buffer.

Subject: [Histonet] Muscle fiber differentiation
Does anyone have any ideas on how to distinguish Type 1 and Type
2 muscle fibers with IHC? We have done an ATPase stain but
wanted to know if there are available antibodies?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Sue Wells HT(ASCP),QIHC
