[Histonet] Detection level

Hello,

I am used to do immuno-cyto-fluorecence on different receptors and peptides.

I would like to know if there is someone who has used different technology
to find the detection level of this technique.

I imagine that I can see a signal if there is a certain number of molecules
(10000 - 100000 receptor per cells ???).

Have someone an idea of this number ?
