[Histonet] pepsin

Dear histoneters,
we used to use Pepsin (porcine) from Serva:1 milliAnson U/mg, EC 3.4 23 1,
Mr ca. 36 000 which is no more available, is someone familiar with this
activity unit for pepsin?, what kind of pepsin can we use instead?
treatment with pepsin is a part of FNAB sample processing procedure for the
DNA measurements by flow cytometer.
