A question about the performing of AChe on Rectumbiopsies: We have difficulties to purchase the isoOMPA (inhibitor of unspecific Cholinesterase). Can anyone tell me, what happens in the cuts of rectumbiopsies, when we omit the iso-OMPA? What other inhibitors work for the same purpose? (recipe?) Thanks in advance Gudrun Lang, Austria
