Note his warning of cross-reactivity with one of the Ab reagents . Generally
, I  would steer clear of PCNA as a marker for proliferation as it's  half
life is many days. Ki67( 1/2 -life around 30mins) and H3( mitotic cells
only) are my antigens  to target.
