Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any experience with using fluorescent-labelled
antibodies with a fluorophore that is NOT soluble in clearing agent
benzyl alcohol/benzyl benzoate (BABB)? I have had success with Texas
Red , but have found the following soluble: FITC, GFP, Alexa 488, Cy2.
Any tips??
Thanks very much.
