[Histonet] Zymed monoclonal Ab to B-galactosidase (ZBG1 clone)

	Hi Histonetters.
	 
	I'm trying to get the above antibody working with immunohistochemistry, but without any luck. I have tried FFPE tissues, with different pretreatment / retrieval steps, and snap frozen tissue, cut then fixed in acetone or paraformaldehyde, all to no avail. I'm using the DAKO ARK kit since I'm using mouse antibody on mouse (transgenic) tissue. Has anybody had success of any sort with this antibody? Any responses much appreciated.
