[Histonet] immunohistochemestry on heart tissue

ar colleagues,

My question is for those who works with heart tissue.
When I'm doing immunohistochemistry on heart tissue, I have a very high
background. Sometimes, even if I don't use primary, or
any  antibody, I still have florescent staining.  I
work with perfused tissue ( 4%PFA) 20 microns. 

If anyone can offer a possible solution I would
appreciate the help
