[Histonet] AFB staining

There seems to be a common response, the tap water. We will run the slides down by hand. I appreciate all your help.

Do your slides at any point get into tap water? Either in the waterbath or 
in the staining procedure? Tap water can have AFB positive bacteria, that 
could easily contaminate your slides.
