I think the way to do it is to find your current level of mislabelling, and
then choose to reduce it by say 10% month. In my opinion there is no
'acceptable' level, but the point of audit is to reach excellence by
continual improvement; that obviates the premise of an 'acceptable' level.

Just wondering if anyone out there has ever done a QI study on
mislabelled slides? My QI coordinator and Lab Director want me to do
this for 2005. 
I am trying to identify an acceptable threshhold. 100% would be great,
but I am a realist. Any ideas?
