[Histonet] HIPPA and slides

We are presently putting both on the label. It does seem against Hippa, but
the slides shouldn't end up in too public a place. AND- there's allot of
John Smiths out there, no way of telling which John Smith you've got.
Having both name and surgical number on the label has diverted enough errors
to know that this is definitely worth while.

Does anyone know if patient names can go on slides in addition to accession
numbers? Doing so seems like it would go against HIPPA law.
