H&E on plastic, which plastic? Re: [Histonet] eosinhematoxyli n plastic stain

Are your sections thin, i.e. 5 um versus thick, 50 um?  as Myriam 
indicated.. Do you remove the plastic BEFORE staining?  Please provide some 
details
