  Dear colleagues,
Could you explain why you prefer to use not commercial 1%  alcoholic eosin. Please , send me recipe of 5% eosin solution. What do  you use as a solvent : D water or 70 %ethanol.Now I set up histology lab in cardiovascular department at Novartis, my previous experience is Laser Microdissection using Arcturus system (first model) and PALM from Zeiss. I will appreciate any advises from experienced in cardiovascular research people.
