Hi Sarah

We use a direct method, with FITC conjugated IgG, IgA, IgM etc. It is a
simples yet quick and effective method with results available within 1hr.

Subject: [Histonet] blistering skin condotions

Dear All,
I am in the process of setting up a reliable technique(s) to
demonstrate blistering skin conditions. The gold standard is to use
flourescence. What method do people use, and do you use conjugated FITC
antibodies or separate antibodies and fluorochromes. Is any body using
tTgase as part of their panel along with the normal IG's, C3

Thanks
