Dear histonetters i have a question about dehydration of tissues before embedding in methylmetacrylate. i think that most of people dehydrate in ethanol 100% some others in pure 2-propanol, do you know the difference beetwen them, and between a dehydration with 2-propanol, and with 1-propanol ?
