Dear Histonetters! Whether somebody can send me the technique of polymerase chain reaction for paraffin-embedded tissues from fixation up to final result. I don t have any literature, and similar I didn t do anything earlier. I have is only one desire, I want to learn this method and use it for routine working. Thanks You.
