Steve,
    We use DAKO's CD1a, HIER ph6.0 in a steamer at 99-100 degrees for 20 
minutes, cool down for 10 minutes, rinse in TRIS with tween five minutes, DAKO 
autostainer with envision +,  30 minute incubation with Ab, 1:400 dilution. We 
use protein block on everything.
