[Histonet] MMP-2 and MMP-9 on mouse tissue

I was wondering if anyone out there is working on detecting MMP-2 and -9 in mouse tissue immunohistochemically. I would be very grateful if you can let me know. I have a couple of questions regarding the procedure. Thank you for your time.
