I always use charged slides with frozen sections and they usually stay
firmly stuck to the slide. However, it will depend on what tissue you are
cutting.
Bone and fibrous tissue etc is notorious for falling off and in those
circumstances I would use silanised slides (i.e. APES coated).

Hi,
I'm have a cryo. question. The sections on my slides are falling off when
I stain them. Is there a way to save the sections?
April
