[Histonet] HIPPA rules

	Hi all,

	Does anyone have any rules/regulations and or any policy/procedures
that they can share with me as far as sending pathology 	slides and
blocks out to other area hospitals for consult, research, etc?   This has
been on-going for us ever since HIPPA has 	come into affect.  Thanks in
advance for your help......
