[Histonet] Exhaust Block Decision

Thank you for all of your replies.  I brought our lab manager in on the
problem and it was decided in our lab that if a pathologist wants to cut
completely thru the block, he must:
    1) dictate the reason in his report
    2) Have another pathologist in the group agree with him.

Thanks for all of your input, it truly helped out lab make a decision.
