Recently I have read a paper (Lab Invest 2003, 83:1427-1435) in the one
that the authors present a fixer that would allow the preservation of
Macromolecules (DNA, RNA, and proteins) in tissues avoiding the
necessity to use immediate freezing sections. The fixative presented is
a misture of methanol and polyethylene glycol comercialized by Sakura
(UMFIX).
Somebody has used it or had used mixtures of methanol and polyethylene
glycol ???

Thanks
