My recollection is that we did lamin a/c immunofluorescence on frozen
sections of skeletal muscle (antibody from Chemicon), secondary Alexa dyes
from Molecular Probes, mount in Vectashield with DAPI. Excellent results

Cut frozen sections, then fix for IHC. Why compromise the tissue twice,
frozen then thaw, fix and process? That is how I interpret this message,
