[Histonet] Antigen retrieval

hello everyone

i have to pepare 1 mM EDTA (pH 8.0),  100 mM Tris / 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) &
10 mM Tris (pH 10.0)  to antigen retrieval, does anyone have a protocol
?
