Richard,

     In response to your Flow Cytometry question, I believe that US Labs provides a "Technical Only" testing component for interpretation of results by your own Pathologist.  I had also heard that Esoterix Oncology in Brentwood, TN may provide this service as well, but that is unconfirmed.
