Dear Histonetters, I am looking for a GAD 67 antibody that has good cell body staining. I will be sectioning 40 micron free-floating mouse brainstem that has been fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde and sectioned with a freezing microtome. My secondary antibody is Alexa Fluor 594.
