Depending on the time the cassettes were in clearing medium, I would transfer them into molten paraffin at least for double of the time in the processor. And then embed etc.
Try a few blocks to see, if infiltration was sufficient. If cutting is hampered, prolong the time in paraffin.

Good morning,

Our VIP5 tissue processor went down and our tissue cassettes were in clearing solution. What is the best media to put them while we wait for the tissue processor to be repaired, please let me know?
