[Histonet] Super cold cryostat cutting head temperatures

Cryo-electron microscopy cuts thin sections at temperatures colder than that.  It is used to preserve antigenicity in certain situations.  

However, a cryostat is not used.  An ultramicrotome fitted with specific cryo attachments is used.
