[Histonet] Beta-Amyloid antibody for IHC

If you use clone 6E10 it will demonstrate beta Amyloid only, after Formic acid AR
After Citric acid HIER, APP  will also be demonstrated

Check out Biosource ( Invitrogen) 44-344 and 44-348?
Something about x-reactivity between Abeta 1-42 and Abeta 1-43?
Or not.....
I'd be interested to know if this is valid
