[Histonet] Herpes Zoster (VZV)

Hi everyone-

Will anyone share where they get their Herpes Zoster antibody from for FFPE?  I currently get it from abcam and run them on a Ventana Ultra.  It seems once a year or so, the antibody just stops working and I have to call abcam and they send me a new one and it usually works.  This is the only antibody that I have this problem with and I'm not sure what's happening.  Any help would be great.
