Hello I perform mohs cutting a few days a week and I noticed that on fatty skin tissue I don't get the interior of the skin section. I only seem to get the epidermis. Is there a trick to getting the fatty tissue too. I tried bumping up the microns but that only helped a bit. Thanks for your responses. Michele Carr
