[Histonet] Possible dispensing problems

Hello, We are having issues with stains not working on one or two slides on a case with multiple blocks. On first glance it appears as if the dispenser did not dispense, but nothing appears to be wrong with the dispenser. It happens on random slides with no real definable reason. Has anyone else had this issue? Any information is appreciated.
