Good morning,
I know that this has been talked about on here before but I cannot find my email regarding this issue.  I need your help.  When billing for IHC is the cpt code 88343 pertaining to the dual or triple antibodies on one slide?  88342 for the initial antibody? 88434 for each additional antibody?  Thx.
