Hi Collen, You had great responses to your question. I do stain mouse femurs for IHC and IF. We fix in NBF overnight and decal for 4-5 days in 0.5M EDTA pH=8 at room temp. After decal we wash with running tap water and re-fix for 4 hrs with NBF. 90% of the antibodies we use on undecal tissues worked on the decal femurs. Mesru
