Fed-Ex is good, but include a cold-pack in with the blocks. A common freezer pack from the local drug store will do it - and is reusable.

FedEx overnight with a warning to keep from extreme temps.   That should keep them off loading docks.

 am wanting to send out blocks to different sites across the country. My
ain concern is the block melting or being partially warped due to the heat.
What is the most cost effective way of sending out numerous blocks when
onsidering the above stated concern?
