[Histonet] Myelin staining of fresh-frozen tissue

Hi Histonetters

Has anyone had success with Weil's myelin stain in fresh-frozen tissue?  And what is my best bet for post-fixation prior to staining?  Will 4% paraformaldehyde do the trick?  Presumably for a myelin stain I shouldn't defat?
