We love our ST5020. The ovens are a great feature. Very flexible. Leica service has been very good, especially this past year - I think they made some changes to their dispatch. Consumables will depend on who you get your reagents from. We have the CV5030 coverslipper attached, so the "load it and walk away" feature is nice to have.
