Cell Marque offers a good mouse monoclonal antibody for S100. It comes in pre-dilute and concentrate.

Subject: [Histonet] S-100 monoclonal antibody

Can someone recommend a good S-100 "monoclonal" antibody for diagnostic IHC on human tissue. The new lot of polyclonal antibody that we have been using for years appears to have changed. Thank you.

Richard
