[Histonet] Billing for stereotactic breast biopsies in core containers

How are people billing these?   Currently we are billing as one 88305 however I am wondering if others are billing for each well separately.  (such as 6 o'clock, 9'oclock, 12'oclock, 3 o'clock, and center well).
