Hey Folks,

Are any of you are involved with Cancer Program Standards and the review necessary to document compliance with the cancer protocols? Standard 2.2 addresses the review of cases to confirm that the protocols are reviewed for required data points - a minimum of 10% of eligible cases or a maximum of 300 cases.

Would you share with me how you handle this in your facility?
