[Histonet] pouring of liquid nitrogen into a cryostat

Hi Louise
Not a very safe practice. I have heard of people using a bag of dry ice pellets rested against the knife holder to lower the temperature of the knife, both for when the chamber is too warm or the tissue needs to be cut at a lower temperature, such as fat.
