[Histonet] Measure productivity by skill level

Dear Fellow Histology Professionals,
My senior manager give me a task to present a presentation on how to
measure and calculate the work lode for manpower (productivity by skill
level), we already use Welcan units.
Does anyone know who can I prepare?
