[Histonet] reducing auto-flourescence in human peripheral tissue

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to reduce auto-florescence when staining human peripheral tissue with fluorescent IHC?
I am trying to stain my human intervertebral discs with PGP 9.5 1:1000. But I always get a huge signal to noise when looking at my samples under the fluorescent microscope.
