Hello, Question about was to specifically wholemount stain embryonic chick ectoderm, leaving underlying mesenchyme unstained. It has been suggested I try EtBr to stain the ecotderm in this way. Will this work? Seems like it would penetrate into the mesenchyme as well. Thanks. Eric
