[Histonet] Special Stains

We are a research lab and occasionally do a few special stains (Masson
Trichrome, PAS, Picro-Sirius Red, Safranin O). 

We usually purchase our stains ready made (or at least the components).
However, some of these stains are very expensive, namely the reagents for Masson
Trichrome. We just started preparing our Safranin O from powder form. 

If you purchase ready-made stains, what vendors can you recommend?  I have only
dealt with the widely known ones (i.e. Poly Scientific, etc.)  Or do you make up
your stains from powders?
