On behalf of a colleaugue who doesn't participate in the Histonet, I'd like to ask folks if there experiencing difficulty validating their Pathyway Her2/neu antibody. My friend has tried two different lots and both are showing unusually weak staining. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if you can offer some suggestions.
