[Histonet] Help needed to calibrate BioGenex Optimax

Is there someone who has done this  calibration that would be willing to talk me through calibrating the X-Y  calibration for my Optimax Plus stainer?   

It will not pick up the tips and I have recently installed the software  update.   It worked fine before that.
