We have recently used MACO ORT25c film in unperforated 35mm format in transmission electron microscopy. It is touted as a replacement for Kodak Technical Pan Film. After dessicating the film, it demonstrates a separation of the emulsion from the film base primarily at the cut ends of film strips but also randomly along the length. This occurs before and during processing. We are interested to learn of any reports on this problem and any insight into causes and solutions.
