[Histonet] Strange staining pattern

Hi,
I performed HMWCK on prostate biopsy but showing some strange result. This =
sntibody will stain the basal cells of the prostate glands. For my result, =
most of the glands are positive. However, some basal cells of the gland is =
positive for the left side but negative for the right. Moreover, some cells=
 are strongly positive but some are weakly positive for the same lesion. Fo=
r those weakly positive stained cells, they seemed to be dewax inadequately=
 and the counterstain is weaker than other cells for the same slides.
Do anyone have any opinion on this?
